2025 Korea Gift Team Vision Trip

Every year, Holt’s Korea Gift Team travels to Korea to help create a magical, joyous Christmas for a special group of children and adult residents with disabilities at the Ilsan Center! On this life-changing trip, you will explore Holt’s history and see Holt’s vision in action by touring the Ilsan center, visiting the unwed mothers’ shelter and meeting with participants from Holt Korea’s independent living programs. We hope you will join us to see how your support shapes the lives of children and families in Korea and around the world!

Vision Trip Details

Travel Dates
Saturday, Dec 7, to Sunday, Dec 14, 2025

Estimated Cost
Approximately $4,000 – $5,000 per person. The range in total cost represents varying cost of air travel depending on departure city, the type of hotel accommodation chosen by each team member, ground transportation in Korea, most meals and a non-refundable required deposit of $750 per person.

Registration Process
Please complete the registration form below. Once you have submitted your registration, please pay a non-refundable deposit of $750 per traveler here. If you have any questions about registration or payment, please contact Jordan Love at 541-505-5547 or  jordanl@holtinternational.org. Once your registration is confirmed, the trip coordinator will email you additional forms and information needed for your participation.

Flights
Flights will be booked by Holt through AdTrav, once all participants are registered. However, you may also choose to book your own flights if you prefer. You will need to provide Holt with the originating city you will be flying from, your passport number and the expiration date.

Entry Visas for U.S. Passport Holders
Visas are not required for this trip. American citizens with valid U.S. passports may enter Korea for a period of 90 days without a visa (arrival day counts as day number one).

Deposit Fee and Final Payment
There is a non-refundable required deposit of $750 per traveler. This fee is included in the cost of the tour and should be paid at the time of registration. The remainder of the tour costs will be due prior to departure, and you will be invoiced for the final amount. Methods for final payments are listed below.

Extended Travel
Whenever possible, we prefer that the group travels and arrives together. If you are interested in spending additional time in the country, we suggest that you consider planning this for after the tour concludes. Please contact Holt and let us know so we can help you with that process!

Recommendations
We always recommend checking the U.S. State Department’s website for any travel advisories prior to departure. Travelers should also consult their family physician regarding vaccinations or medical conditions.

Korea Gift Team Vision Trip Registration

The traveler form consists of six pages and takes approximately five minutes per page. You may save this form and continue later. However, if you exit the traveler form, you will lose your data. Please gather the following documents for each traveler before completing the form:
