Currently, the parents of the child are not together and have withdrawn their relationship for the mother of the child becomes a victim of physical violence. She ran away from him when she was six months pregnant and found refuge in the streets. Luckily, one of the street dwellers she met helped her deliver the baby at the Hospital on October 10, 2021. Having no relatives in Cebu she finds it hard to call for family support. Thus, she desired to put her baby in a child placing agency until she is capable to take care of him and being economically productive. The baby is in dire need of attention, love, and care to grow healthy with fine motor skills.
