Upon validating students for inclusion in the Educational Assistance Service beneficiaries, the child was among those recommended by the SDO. Ehmjay was healthy, enthusiastic, and cautious about her health, especially during this pandemic. Ehmjay comes from a low-income family where her parents cannot support her needs, particularly her educational needs. Her parents lost their jobs because of the pandemic and are finding extra work to meet their daily needs.
