Upon the expansion of the Educational Assistance Service, Mark Angelo was one of the students referred by the SDO. The child has proper height and weight for his age. He has a normal body build and health. Mark comes from a low-income family whose earnings are just enough for their daily needs. Their income is not sufficient to cover other school necessities.
