March 24, 2022, the Social Worker referred Christopher Zaille Sebuco, two (2) months old and twenty two (22) days old minor to RSCC Zamboanga City for custodial care and proper disposition. The latter is a product of incestuous rape. Minor was given up for adoption by his birth mother due to inability to perform parental role being a minor herself and jobless. The family’s income could hardly met both endsince only the stepfather is working as carpenter. The family believe that he could be stigmatized if he remain in their custody. Prior to minor’s biological mother’s decision of signing the deed of voluntarily commitment, she was given a chance for three (3) months if ever she wants to take back her son. She was very determined with her decision of giving up her child for adoption knowing of the consequence that both of them should face if ever both will go back to their community.
