Discover Thailand with Holt in 2026!

For more than 50 years, Holt sponsors and donors have helped transform the lives of orphaned and vulnerable children in Thailand. Each year, through Holt International’s partnership with the Holt Sahathai Foundation (HSF), your compassionate support reaches nearly 10,000 children and families in need. Together, you provide vital resources that open the door to education, offer therapeutic care for children with disabilities, and ensure stability and love through foster care for children awaiting adoption or family reunification. Your generosity also empowers vulnerable families, especially single mothers, with the support and resources they need to provide for their children — including nutritious food and medical care, income-generating opportunities, and counseling for unplanned pregnancies during some of life’s most challenging moments.

This February, we invite you to join us on a very special journey to Thailand. Together with other Holt supporters, you’ll witness firsthand the life-changing impact of your compassion on children and families — and discover how Holt and HSF’s growing programs continue to bring hope and stability to those in need. During the trip, you’ll also have opportunities to provide tangible support to families and children you meet along the way.

Throughout the week, as you visit Holt’s donor-supported programs in Bangkok and Nakhon, you’ll be immersed in Thailand’s vibrant culture, explore local landmarks and savor traditional cuisine.

Join us for an unforgettable journey that celebrates the hope you bring and deepens your connection to the children and families whose lives you help transform.

What is the estimated cost for the trip?

$5,000 – $6,000 per person

The range in total cost represents the varying cost of air travel depending on departure city and the type of hotel accommodation chosen by each team member. The total cost also includes ground transportation in Thailand, most meals and a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 per person. Deposit is due at time of registration. The final payment deadline is January 30, 2026.

What is the registration process?

Please complete the online registration form linked below to register before paying your deposit of $1,000 per traveler. You will receive confirmation upon completion.

Once your registration is confirmed, the trip coordinator will email additional forms and information required for your participation.

One registration form and non-refundable project fee of $1,000 is required per traveler. The remainder of the trip costs and additional forms will be due prior to departure. Deposit and final payment can be paid by check or online via payment form.

What is the travel process, including the airline?

Flights can be booked through Holt’s travel agent, AdTrav. However, you may also choose to book your own flights if you prefer. You will need to provide Holt with the originating city you will be flying from, your passport number and the expiration date.

Visas are not required for this trip. American citizens with valid U.S. passports may enter Thailand for a period of 60 days without a visa (arrival day counts as day number one). Your passport MUST be valid for 6 months after date of entry.
